Hi I'm Jeanna, I've been working in the food service industry for 25 plus years. Its fair to say my life revolves around food and cooking. It is my absolute favorite thing to do and seeing the joy it gives our customers makes all the long hours and hard work so worth it! 

Hello my name is Paul. I am fairly new to the catering side but no stranger to the event industry.  My specialty and focus falls mainly on the business end of your event but with the help of my partner i continue to learn what makes our customers truly happy, delicious tasting food.

We offer a large selection menu with customizable packages to meet the needs of our clients and their guests.

We are primarily located in Salem, Oregon But we can make accommodations for almost any location depending on what you are looking for.
Should it become necessary for our Client to cancel their order, and the event date is less than than thirty (30) days, Caterer shall be entitled to retain any and all expenditures to date, including but not limited to contracted labor, special orders, rentals and/or proposals costs.
We ask for your final count within 30 days of your event to purchase the appropriate amount of food to ensure all of your guests are accounted for, however a hard number count needs to be 14 days prior to your event.
There is no extra cost for standard compostable equipment including plates, bowls, napkins, and cups when applicable. However for non-disposable items we do offer a large selection of rentable items.
Yes, There are so many allergies and dietary restrictions, that it is impossible not to think about them! As a caterer, we feel it is our responsibility to provide solutions for any type of limitations or preferences. We offer vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and lactose-free meal options, as well as meals to accommodate ethnic and religious practices.
Yes, our trained staff can work with you on all aspects of your event from menu creation and d├ęcor options to rentals and staffing while always keeping your budget in mind.
Yes. Whether it is a formal plated meal, family-style dining or a buffet, we have a team of qualified service staff to make sure your event runs smoothly.
Yes, through our sister company A Covered Affair. Plus, we also offer the option to rent glassware, China, silverware and linens.
Ideally, you should reserve your caterer 4-12 months prior to your date. You will need to book your caterer earlier if your event is scheduled to take place during the summer or December as these times of year book-up quickly.
Yes, Simply Plated requires a minimum of 30 guests to execute our catering menus and services.
